This wig is sooo soft it’s better than I expected!!! I ordered 16 inches but want longer hair. The seller helped me change my order to 20 inches and shipped it very quick. It's so full and bouncy. I washed it before installation and the wig retained its moisture and remained bouncy. It's so soft and the quality is amazing.
