shipping was fast of course. The hair arrived looking just like the picture, hair texture is very soft, lace was easy to lace, wig did not smell or tangle. Overall this is a must buyRating - I would buy again, the fact that I was able to dye it made the difference, hair is good quality.

I will say it took longer to receive than expected, it definitely was fire red, not like photo, but it is thick, I did a water dye on it and it turned out great.Rating - I am so in love with this hair.
