This wig is sooo soft it’s better than I expected!!! I ordered 16 inches but want longer hair. The seller helped me change my order to 20 inches and shipped it very quick. The length is very accurate, the wig isn’t thin at all. The shipping was very fast it came in about 5 days after I ordered, there’s no shedding or tangle, it has no smell to it. It's so full and bouncy. I washed it before installation and the wig retained its moisture and remained bouncy. It's so soft and the quality is amazing.
